Staff Council Executive Board Meetings

Staff Council Executive Board meetings are held every month, as needed and determined by availability of the Executive Board members. A notice of the meeting time and place will be sent to all staff, as well as a call for agenda items. All staff members are welcome to attend the meetings, however voting is limited to the Executive Board.

Agendas

Executive Board meeting agendas are determined by topics that have been presented to members of the Executive Board by members of the staff. These agenda topics can relate to any areas of interest, concerns or issues on which the staff would like clarification, resolution or feedback.

Minutes

Minutes from each Executive Board meeting are recorded by the Member Secretary. At each meeting, the Executive Board members are presented with the prior month’s meeting minutes for their approval. Approved minutes are then distributed to all staff and posted on the College’s Staff Council share drive for access.
