Professor Burley serves as the Manager of Electronic Communication and Instructional Technologies.

Education

Professor Burley received his BSN in Nursing from Penn State University. He received his MnEd in Adult Health/Nursing Education from the University of Pittsburgh.

Major Responsibilities

Orienting, supporting, and troubleshooting with faculty and staff on use of electronic communications and instructional technologies; orienting and supporting students in the use of electronic communications; managing electronic communications; managing computer laboratories; and implementing and coordinating the technologies of distance education.

Professor Burley is the College’s Webmaster, coordinator of on-line testing center and the administrator of all Blackboard web-based and web-enhanced course sites.
