Summer Enrichment Experiences for BSN Students

Below find a list of experiences that upper-division Bachelor of Science in Nursing students may participate during the summer between their junior and senior years of the nursing program. Please check back as we add more opportunities.

Enrichment Experiences:

• Baptist Downtown Jacksonville (an acute care facility) is willing to accept 5 students as nurse assistants for 10 weeks in the summer. They would be paired with a BSN nurse.  If any of the students are interested in this option, please email Peggy.McCartt@bmcjax.com
• VALOR (VA Learning Opportunities Residency) program offered by the Malcom Randall Veterans Affairs Hospital. Application deadline has passed.
