About Sharon M Bradley
Dr. Bradley has been with the CON since 2000 and has taught a variety of clinical and didactic courses in the College. Her areas of experience include adult health nursing, education, leadership, and outcomes management. Dr. Bradley oversees the assessment examinations for all baccalaureate students. She is the CON liaison to the Interdisciplinary Family Health (IFH) project and the Faculty Learning Community (FLC) on Patient Safety. She teaches in the graduate nursing education certificate program and holds national certification as a Certified Nurse Educator (CNE).
Dr. Bradley is interested in evidence-based research on tests and measures in nursing education. She is also interested in clinical research in the area of patient safety and quality of care. Dr. Bradley is the PI and Faculty Advisor for the Jonas Center Nurse Leaders Scholar Program.
Dr. Bradley serves on a number of College and Health Science Center committees and in her role as Associate Dean. She holds membership in the Florida Nurses Association and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. She is currently the Vice President for the Alpha Theta chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International. Dr. Bradley is a member of the SREB Council on Collegiate Education in Nursing and serves on the Research Committee and the Workforce Diversity Committee.
