Desmond manages the day-to-day operations in the CON Thomas and Irene Kirbo Innovation Learning Lab at the Pettengill Nursing Resource Center including stocking supplies, inventory, and M&S Equipment supply organization. He also operates and maintains center equipment, audio/visual, computer, and materials related to simulation learning in the healthcare center. Desmond support/assist in role playing applications, props placement, and moulage set-up to create a virtual health care environment and experience.
