Professor Isaac joins the college with nearly a decade of clinical experience in the acute care setting serving veterans. She teaches students in the undergraduate nursing program, engaging learners in the classroom, lab, simulation, online, and clinical.

Clinical Profile

Professor Isaac has nearly a decade of clinical experience in the acute care setting working with veterans. She has served patients in the medical-surgical, cardiac step down, and emergency department settings. Professor Isaac is a strong proponent for patient-centered education to empower individuals and reduce readmission rates.

Research Profile

Professor Isaac’s research interest include nursing education, healthcare simulation, and veterans’ health. She aspires to utilize healthcare simulations as a tool to bridge the gap for underserved communities.
