Dr. Yao’s research interests include:Statistical analysis, including statistical inference, regression, multi-level modeling, longitudinal analysis, study design and power analysisMachine learning, including clustering, classification, decision tree, splines, kernel methods, and various other supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
