About Patricia M Youngblood

Mrs. Youngblood is the Project Manager for the Florida Blue Center for Health Care Quality and research administrator in the Office for Research and Scholarship at the College of Nursing. She assists the director of the center in all aspects of administrative support functions, together with grant proposal processing for the Florida Blue Center. Mrs. Youngblood assists faculty and administrators throughout the College of Nursing with pre-award and post-award grant activities by working closely with principal investigators and the Division of Sponsored Research in all phases of the grant submission process, including: funding opportunity searches; adherence to funding agency regulations; proposal preparation, budgeting, approval and submission.

BACKGROUND

Mrs. Youngblood earned an associate of science degree in legal assisting from Santa Fe College and has extensive administrative and project management experience in real estate and business practices. Prior to her work in the College of Nursing, she was the operations manager for a nationally franchised real estate firm managing three offices. She continues to hold an active real estate license.
