Start Date: 8-week program, beginning Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2026
Location: All sessions and the retreat are virtual via Zoom. Participants will be sent Zoom links before the series begins.

- Week 1: Feb. 25, 6:30–9 p.m.

- No class on March 11
- Week 3: March 18, 6:30–9 p.m.

- Week 5: April 1, 6:30–9 p.m.
- Week 6: April 8, 6:30–9 p.m.
- April 11, 9 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (required virtual retreat)

To be eligible to receive contact hours, participants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Attendance requirements
- April 11 Virtual Retreat
- Attend at least 7 of the 8 weekly sessions and the full-day virtual retreat on April 11, 2026*.
- No partial credit will be awarded if fewer than 7 weekly sessions are attended or if virtual retreat is not attended.
- Attend at least 85% of each session* (~128 minutes verified by Zoom time logs).
- Computer or phone attendance is required; dial-in participants are not eligible.
- Evaluation requirements
- Complete the Qualtrics evaluations at the end-of-program by April 25, 2026, at noon.

Program Purpose:
The purpose of this training program is to establish formal and informal mindfulness practices which increase awareness and reduce stress.
Program Outcomes:
After attending the 2025 Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Program participants will be able to:
- Identify somatic, cognitive, behavioral and interpersonal stress reactions
- Describe the neurobiological bases of stress reactivity and its usefulness in acute stress
- Differentiate between habitual reacting and mindfulness mediated responding
- Demonstrate formal (e.g. focused attention, investigation, choiceless awareness) and informal (e.g. eating, listening, movement) mindfulness practices to support overall well-being.
