Who attends? Students at all degree levels from the University of Florida College of Nursing – BSN, PhD, DNP

When? Friday, Feb. 14, 2024 from 11:30 am – 3:30 pm

Location? HPNP Building Reception Hall (ground floor), 1225 Center Drive, Gainesville, FL

Deadline determines registration fee: Early bird payments of $350 are due by Jan. 27; Standard payments of $450 are due by Feb. 5; Military payments of $250 are due by Feb. 7.

    • This is how your organization will be listed on our website, event maps, etc…
      Following submission of the registration form, payment remittance information will be emailed to the billing contact.
    • Please submit your organization’s website. Can be specifically for recruiting, or the general web site.
    • Accepted file types: jpg, gif, png, pdf, Max. file size: 125 MB.
      Please upload organization’s high res logo.
    • Examples – hospital, military, youth camp, home health care, etc…
    • Examples – Worldwide, National, State of Florida, SE United States, Atlanta, Jacksonville, Miami, etc…
      Choose all of the areas of interest offered by your organization.
    • Enter any areas of interest not offered in list above.
      Early Bird/Standard/Military Registrations all include 2 recruiters and may add up to 1 additional recruiters for an additional $25. Sponsorships include up to 3 recruiters. Please note that the six-foot table may feel crowded with more than 2 recruiters.
    • List the recruiters who will participatae on behalf of your organization. Example – Alberta Gator, HR Recruiter
      Requests for these locations will be filled in the following order: 1) sponsors, 2) first-come, first-served requests. These locations are NOT guaranteed, and recruiters would need to provide their own extension cord/power strip and secure to ground (packing tape).
