The Office of Student Services and Dr. Jeanne-Marie Stacciarini, Associate Dean for Community Engagement and Global Affairs are also available to assist students with locating recourses.
If you or someone you know is in distress call the UF Counseling and Wellness Center to consult with a crisis counselor who will assess your needs and determine what services would be helpful. If you believe more urgent assistance is needed, call the Crisis Support line 24/7 at 352-392-1575.
This form may be used to request assistance from the Office of Student Services. Requests may be submitted by students for themselves, or by a faculty member who believes a student may benefit from support. Once the request is submitted, a representative of the Office of Student Services will follow up with you within 1-2 business days.
