Elevate your email signature with the official Elevate 2029 graphic! Download the graphic below and easily add it to your email signature to show your support and promote the college’s strategic plan.

Instructions for Adding an Image to Your Outlook Email Signature:
- Download the Elevate 2029 Graphic:
- Click the link or download the attached image to your computer.
- Open Outlook:
- Launch the Outlook application on your desktop.
- Access Email Signature Settings:
- Click on the File tab in the top-left corner.
- Select Options from the menu.
- In the Mail category, click on Signatures.
- Add a New Signature:
- In the Email Signature tab, click New to create a new signature.
- Give your signature a name (e.g., “Elevate 2029”).
- Insert the Image:
- Click the Image icon in the signature editor (it looks like a picture frame).
- Browse for the Elevate 2029 graphic you downloaded and select it.
- Adjust the size if necessary.
- Set Your Signature Default (Optional):
- You can set your new signature as the default for new emails and replies/forwards by selecting it from the drop-down menus.
- Save and Apply:
- Click OK to save your new signature.
You’re all set! The Elevate 2029 graphic will now appear in your email signature for all outgoing messages.
Email Signature Refresher
Email signatures must include:
- Name
- Title
- Department/College
- Phone contact (cell phone is optional)
Email signatures must use official UF web colors.
The typeface should be set to Gentona, Arial or sans-serif default font.
