Congratulations to DNP student Taylor Bell, who was recently notified that he is the recipient of the Deborah E. Trautman Future Nurse Leader Scholarship from the American Association of Colleges of Nursing! He is one of two recipients selected from over 90 applications submitted! Taylor is in the Psych-Mental Health track and was a former EMBRACE student when he was in the Accelerated BSN program. The scholarship is designed to recognize graduate nursing students who aspire to leadership positions in academic nursing. He will receive $3,500 and have the opportunity to participate in a one-on-one leadership development experience with Deborah Trautman, the AACN president and CEO.
